Nice one buddy. Not really satisfied with that mixing, but it still sounds cool. :)

Nice one homie. You for sure have come a long way. :D

thanks mate :3

Overall this mix is heavily distorted. The mix isn't where it should be, especially with the frequency clashing and muddiness in the drop. The mix in general just distorted and certain areas of the track are overcompressed. This track in itself just needs to be completely redone chief.

the old one was off key

What a nice sweet tune :D

Haneki responds:

Thank you.

Nice bouncy track my guy. I think the sub is too loud, and some of the other elements, such as the lead are too quiet. But besides that good work. Keep it up man.

SuperSoniker responds:

Thanks man, I will improve it slowly :)

Idea is good. I like how you used those KARRA vocals. I thought the melodies were unique and I like the way you utilized them. One thing I'm noticing that's a problem is your compression. It's too loud. Other parts of the track are very quiet, which makes the other parts of the track sound like a big impact. The drop is a little muddy, and the synth bass does not go together with the sub, and the drop in itself. It's definitely not loud enough. To some extent the drop is distorting, which is bringing a lot of the highs up. I feel like major volume adjustments are necessary to make this drop have a better mix. I think it's totally overcompressed. At 3:24 the overcompression really shows, by instantly becoming super loud and highpassing up, which was hella distorting. I think the vocals were also a bit too quiet, and the vocal chops in the drop just sounded like random ear candy, instead of something catchy at that volume. One thing I'd seriously suggest to you is to not master it and make it a crazy volume. It's overcompressed and it's to a point where it hurt my ears by how loud it was. Your track does not need to be this loud, pounding song. Even reducing the volume of the master -2db will be pretty much just as loud. So yeah I'd keep that in mind. And I'm not a mixing god. I just give my opinion of the mix of songs and what I think can be improved about them. Keep it up brother!

The concept of the song is cool but I don't think the mix is up to it's potential. I think there need to be some volume adjustments, especially with that sweeper in the beginning because it was too loud. Another thing I noticed was the drop was getting really muddy. Mainly this is from the sub bass being stereo. If it was mono I don't think this would be a problem. And on that note, never make your sub basses stereo, for a few reasons, but mainly it does weird stuff to monitors. And along with that sub being stereo, it's barely audible. If it was mono, I don't think there would be a problem. The kick is not pleasent in the drop. Eq some of the low ends of it and bring those up, or add another sub kick. The snare is not loud enough. Overall that's realy all I have to say. Nice job buddy. Keep it up.

Monoliph responds:

Thank you so much for the feedback, it really helps a lot. I will go back and make these adjustments to hear the differences. I got another song coming so reading this will help a lot with the mixing. Thank you again I was needing one of these.

I make music I guess lol.
